Phase 1: Days 1–30

Foundation & Stabilization. Establishing safety, routine, and internal capacity through breathwork and nervous system regulation.

Foundation Arc

Grounding, stability, and breath. Establishing the physical and mental baseline necessary for long-term behavioral change.

Stabilization

Load awareness and nervous system regulation. Building the internal capacity to respond to emotional states without reactivity.

Baseline Assessment

Complete nervous system baseline assessment. Begin TIWL introductory protocol to establish a safe, supportive movement environment.

Structural Prevention

We build the structure that prevents collapse. Preventing systemic failure through identity work and community integration.

Community Integration

Strengthening the social bonds and support networks necessary for long-term reintegration and belonging.

Leadership Development

Developing the communication and facilitation skills of emerging leaders to move from stabilization into contribution.

PHASE 2: GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT

Days 31–60: Strength building, identity work, and emotional regulation. Installing habits and expanding capacity to anchor a new identity.

Milestone: Complete first full TIWL training cycle. Engage peer support network. Begin identity mapping.

PHASE 3

Days 61–90: Resilience & Reintegration

The final arc of the 90-Day Journey. We transition from stabilization into contribution, developing the communication and facilitation skills needed for long-term community impact.

Developing the communication, facilitation, and community impact skills of emerging leaders. Moving from development into contribution and long-term integration.
