Each program is a module within a unified system — not a standalone service. Every pathway is grounded in the Boneyard Human Development System (HDS).

Recovery & Reentry Support

Trauma-informed recovery coaching and peer support that helps individuals navigate reentry, access resources, and build the behavioral foundation necessary for long-term stability. Non-clinical, community-centered, and grounded in Recovery Capital principles.

TIWL

Strength-based training rooted in the Trauma-Informed Weightlifting (TIWL) framework. We build physical agency, nervous system regulation, and identity through structured, safe, and supportive movement. Not a gym program — a human development tool.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT & TEEN TRACK

A culturally grounded, trauma‑informed space where young people build identity, confidence, emotional regulation, and leadership through movement, mentorship, and community connection. This program reflects the same principles used in the Teen Summit: safety, belonging, real conversations, and physical agency as a pathway to self‑belief.
